When you sleep and eat well, exercise your body and brain regularly, and lead an active social life, it cultivates a healthy brain and enhances your well-being.

But when you are sleep deprived, eat unhealthy foods, lead a sedentary life or don’t regularly stimulate your brain, it can lead to brain and mental health problems later in life. If you persistently suffer with sleep deprivation, for example, it can increase your chances of developing Alzheimer’s disease.

 

There is currently no cure for degenerative brain diseases like Alzheimers. But you can prevent or slow down mental decline and the onset of dementia later in life by taking control of lifestyle factors that contribute to the health of your brain.

We are here to help you understand those lifestyle factors, in a simple, online journaling exercise that puts you in the driving seat of your brain health and well-being.
